A. In this case, it’s a PowerPoint presentation delivered over the Internet with audio. You’ll receive a link before the presentation date. After you enter your name and email address, you’ll be able to view the presentation on your screen. You can listen to the audio through your computer or you can dial a phone number to listen. The presentation is interactive. You’ll be able to ask and answer questions.
Q. What if I’m not available at the time of your presentation?
A. The webinar will be recorded. Within one week of the presentation, you’ll receive an email with a link where you can access your recording. If you know ahead of time that you can’t attend the live presentation, you can submit your questions in advance for possible inclusion in the Q&A part of the webinar.
